The 39th edition of the annual Tiger Meet was hosted by EC 1/12 at Base Aérienne 103, Cambrai, France. Between the 2nd and 8th of June several members of the NATO Tiger Association came to Cambrai for a week of combat training and social activities. Several units applied tiger schemes on the aircraft. Most impressive was the Mirage 2000 of the hosting unit EC 1/12. The eyes of a tiger were sprayed on the fuselage of the aircraft. Next year, in 2004, AG 51 will host the NATO Tiger Meet at their homebase Schleswig-Jagel. All the pictures are taken on Friday 6th of June.

Below you can see some of the few Mirage 2000's of the French Air Force that were present at Cambrai during the Tiger Meet. Mirage 2000RDI, 83/12-YL, was painted in a very attractive color scheme! This Mirage 2000 belongs to the hosting unit EC 1/12. The flags of the participating countries are painted on the wings.

Another French Mirage that wears a special color scheme is this Mirage 2000-5F, 77/330-AX. It belongs to EC 5/330 which is based at Mont de Marsan.

EC 5/330 also provided some external fueltanks with toned down tigermarkings. Mirage 2000-5F, 43/330-AA, is seen here taxiing out from the flightline to the runway.

Despite of the fact that the emblem of 11 Flotille carries a sea horse (instead of a tiger, panther or a lion), this unit is already a member of the NATO Tiger Association since 1979. Super Etendard, 38, is seen here taxiing out for it's mission.

Super Etendard, 35, just returns to the flightline after a mission.

This Luftwaffe Tornado IDS, 43+96, is also painted in an attractive tiger scheme! AG 51 (former AG 52) is a member of the NATO Tiger Association since 1994 and is based at Schleswig-Jagel that is located in the north of Germany. AG 52 was a member since 1965 until it's disbandment.

This F-16AM of 31 Squadron, FA-93, returns to the flightline after the morning mission on Friday. A jumping Tiger is painted on one side of the tail. On the other side they have painted the head of a tiger and a drawing of the F-16.

In 2001, 31 Squadron hosted the Tiger Meet at Kleine Brogel. the tail of F-16AM, FA-122, was also painted on both sides with two different color schemes.
